Aggies of AGLS: Ryder Nielson '23

In one weekend trip to Aggieland, California native Ryder Nielson ’23 knew he wanted to call the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences his academic home. Nielson didn’t have a poultry background but fell in love with the Department of Poultry Science and the sense of family unity among the staff and students. Before he graduated in December 2023, Nielson reflected on his time as a student and the opportunities that would benefit his future.
