Stories of Impact - Hurricane Harvey Support

The Association of Former Students

In an effort to help Aggies who were in the path of Hurricane Harvey in 2017, The Association of Former Students and Texas A&M University set aside $200,000 that was made available to A&M Clubs in the storm-torn areas. This support was used at the Club’s discretion to assist Aggies as they worked to rebuild their communities. The Beaumont A&M Club received $30,000 as part of this effort, which was dispersed to several Aggies in the area who were impacted by the storm.
