2.5D virtual design workshop held for architecture students

An AIAS virtual workshop held on February 26-28, 2021 and led by Abby Coover Hume, a New York City-based architectural designer who runs Overlay Office, the workshop provided an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students from the Department of Architecture to experience Abby’s design approach which places emphasis on the translation of 2D representational experiments to 3D architectural interventions, and the possibilities of architecture in 2.5D.
