Students joined leading designers and educators in a daylong exploration of the critical importance of well-designed public spaces during a hybrid in-person, online event April 23. The event, "Making the Public-Commons," was conceived and curated by Marcelo López-Dinardi, assistant professor of architecture, and supported by a Pandemic Innovative Arts Grant from the Academy for the Visual & Performing Arts at Texas A&M University.
