Planning the city of Hitchcock's future

Residents in the city of Hitchcock envision their community’s future in a meeting with graduate urban planning students. The growing southeast Texas city is currently gathering ideas for a new comprehensive plan to make it more resilient to natural disasters such as Harvey, which caused widespread flooding. The planning effort is hosted by Texas Target Communities, an outreach program in the Texas A&M College of Architecture.
