The Lone Star State’s destiny lies with the “Texas Triangle,” a vibrant network of metropolitan areas that represents the world’s 15th largest economy, said Henry Cisneros '68, a former mayor of San Antonio and U.S. Housing and Urban Development secretary during a recent appearance at Texas A&M. Cisneros is the co-author of “The Texas Triangle: An Emerging Power in the Global Economy.”
