Station design concepts for Texas' proposed high-speed train
School of Architecture
Design concepts of a Grimes County station for Texas Central, the proposed high speed rail line that would link Houston and Dallas, were on display on Langford A's fourth floor. The display was part of a mid-term review of the concepts, which were created by environmental design students a studio led by Mark Clayton, professor of architecture. Texas Central touts a trip time between the two cities at less than 90 minutes, including its Grimes County stop.
