Graduate planning students help a Rio Grande Valley town plan its future

Graduate urban planning students presented proposals for the future of Rio Grande City in a virtual, communitywide meeting April 26, 2022. Their proposals are based on working with members of the community this semester and a February visit to the Rio Grande Valley town. The students are part of Texas Target Communities, a Texas A&M initiative that assists small towns that lack planning resources.
